Kick it!

What a better way to start a blog then by sharing my professional mantra: "Eat to train, don't train to eat".

More on this in future posts but just keep in mind that the majority of athletes want to manipulate their body weight for whatever reason. If you change your paradigm of thinking where you use food as fuel for training sessions (eat to train) and not rewards (train to eat), then you are almost guaranteed success in your quest for changing the way your body looks, feels and performs.
