How to eat Pinole

As a master of experimentation in the kitchen, I came up with a great mixture that includes the Pinole I have been making. Enjoy this pre- or post-workout for a healthy and well-balanced meal or snack:

Pinole (5-6 spoonfuls)
Protein powder (about 10-15 grams worth)
PB2 powdered peanut butter (2 scoops)
Hemp seeds (2 spoonfuls)
Dash of cinnamon (there is some in my Pinole but I like my cinnamon!)
Sliced banana (optional)
Vanilla soy milk

Mix it all and microwave it for about a minute and enjoy!
