Enter Walnut Hummus...mmm, mmm, good!
Okay, here it is (again, as you know of me, no quantities, go by taste and use your senses!)
- Garbanzo beans
- A bit of water
- A sprinkle of olive oil (walnut oil would work great but I didn't have any in the house!)
- A dabble or two of brown sugar
Place all ingredients in a food processor, mix it up and enjoy!
I tried this on a banana for lunch and it was phenomenal!
